Edit three videos. Show us your quality. Get hired.
You've been shortlisted for a full-time, long-term video editing position at Halevora & Co. This trial is the deciding step — we evaluate your edits directly, and more than one position is available.
Who is Halevora?
Halevora & Co. is a social media management company working with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more. We handle content strategy, production, and growth for our creators — and high-quality, reliable editing sits at the core of everything we publish.
We're looking for editors who can match a reference style precisely, deliver clean retouching, and hold a consistent quality bar at volume. This trial is your way in.
Your task: 3 videos, 4 finals
Each task comes with raw footage and a reference video. Recreate the reference style using the raw content — pacing, cuts, captions, effects, and overall feel. Follow the notes for each video carefully.
Deadline: submit all 4 finals within 48 hours of receiving this link. Turnaround is part of how we evaluate you — editors who deliver fast without sacrificing quality go to the top of the list.
- Add skin smoothing

How to submit your work
Upload your 4 final videos to a Google Drive folder, with sharing set to "Anyone with the link can view."
Send the Google Drive link to the same WhatsApp number that contacted you about this position.
We review every submission and send you feedback within 1 hour. Strong submissions move straight to an offer conversation.
Don't worry about protecting your work — you're welcome to put your watermark or name across the video. We're evaluating the quality of your edits, nothing else.
What we're looking at
We judge trials on four things: accuracy to the reference (how closely your edit matches the style), retouching quality (clean, natural skin smoothing — not plastic), technical polish (smooth cuts, sharp captions, correct export), and turnaround (how quickly you deliver without sacrificing quality).
